The whole body sings.” ~ Alexis Pauline Gumbs , Pleasure Activism The Whole Body Choir is a communal improvised vocal practice. Beginning with a guided embodiment meditation, we invite and honor the feelings in our cells, we open with curiosity as these feelings resonate through our physical beings. Without effort, we allow harmonies to connect our collective experience as we tune into the synchronistic symphony of the universe. You do not need to be an experienced singer to join this choir, this is not about singing pretty or singing well. The Whole Body Choir aims to strengthen our connection to our unique voices, discovering and celebrating our natural resonance.
