my story

My healing journey began at an early age. I was planted upside down and backwards into a colorful and chaotic environment rife with catholicism, alcoholism and ancestral trauma.

I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, adult sexual assault and a myriad of other experiences that have shaped me.

I am very fortunate to have been born into a family of artists who valued creativity. I had access to art supplies and musical instruments, which I used to open doorways into other dimensions of reality and connection. My creativity continued to open doors  as I crafted a career as a world traveling performing artist. Over the last 25 years, I’ve explored many artistic and healing modalities. I’ve had many teachers, cultivated relationships with nature, studied flowers, developed spiritual and intuitive practices, been supported by group ritual and earth based wisdom.

I was introduced to Caffyn Jesse in 2018 and began my studies in Somatic Sex and Intimacy Education (SSE) with a private mentorship. Meeting this practice was profound for me. Through the modality of SSE, I am now able to know my body as a safe place to live. Concurrent with my discovery of SSE, I studied conscious kink/BDSM and became a practitioner in 2020.

I weave my artistry with the wonderful world of SSE, conscious kink/BDSM and ritual technologies. My offerings are trauma informed and pleasure focused, honoring the healing power of pleasure as a resource for transformation and belonging. I am a commitment to unlearning patterns of internalized patriarchy, racism and white body supremacy. I participate in communities of practice that center healing justice and generative conflict resolution. Everything I create is touched with intention and the knowing that all our healing and liberation journeys are interconnected.
